The Exchange is a great place to:

• Help with, or find help for, regenerative community-building projects

• Find a teacher offering a skill you’ll need for the decades ahead, or find your students

• Visit, or showcase, sustainable living solutions like carbon-neutral buildings, co-ops, and ecovillages

• Attend a demonstration, presentation, or gathering focused on a resilient future

• Trade in either paid or volunteer efforts, as long as the terms are clear

• Spread love, courage, creativity, and anything else that serves the more-than-human-world

The Exchange is NOT a great place to:

• Exclude certain people or groups, promote hate or divisiveness

• Earn profit from free labor

• Pressure or coerce helpers

• Falsely or misleadingly advertise

• Employ minors without explicit consent from a parent or guardian

• Require non-disclosure or non-compete agreements

• Fail to provide safe, dignified, equitable conditions
